Assistant Coach Accused of Sex With Teen Student

An assistant high football coach in Portage County is accused of having a sexual relationship with a teen student, Fox 8 News reports.

According to a news release from the Brimfield Police Department, Nathaniel Clark, 21, was arrested Wednesday and charged with three felony counts of sexual battery.

Clark, an assistant coach for Field High School, is accused of carrying on the relationship with a 16-year-old girl during his employment with the school. Clark is not a teacher.

Chief David Oliver said Clark was booked into the Portage County Jail. He could face more charges after the case is reviewed by the Portage County prosecutor and a grand jury.
