Salmon Cakes:
4 oz. small diced and blanched potatoes
1 lbs. cooked (poached is fine) salmon
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. green onions
1 tsp. chives
1 tsp. tarragon
1 tsp. dill
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
