  • All-clear given after Great Northern Mall evacuation

    NORTH OLMSTED, Ohio – Great Northern Mall was evacuated for a short time Sunday following a threat. According to an official with the mall, the threat was discovered inside the building around 10 a.m. Mall security evacuated shoppers, and the North Olmsted Police Department was called in to check the area. The threat was discovered to be non-credible by police, and the mall was reopened. The incident is still under investigation.

According to police, they responded to report of a robbery in the 1100 block of Inman Street Friday night.
