    HUDSON, Ohio — A Northeast Ohio city has been ranked among the safest in the country, according to data from ADTsecurity.com. Hudson, Ohio, came in at No. 24 out of a list of 25.     CLEVELAND, Ohio — LeBron James and Kyrie Irving have both been named to All-NBA teams, the Cavaliers announced Thursday. James has been named to the 2014-15 All-NBA First Team.     Allegiant launches ‘ultra low cost’ flights from Akron-Canton Airport

    AKRON, Ohio — Allegiant is launching what it calls new “ultra low-cost” service from Akron-Canton Airport. According to a release, flights will operate three times weekly between Akron-Canton Airport and St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport. Summer seasonal flights to Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport will also operate three times weekly through Aug. 15.     Police find gun, drugs in illegally parked vehicle

      SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio — An illegally parked vehicle led to the discovery of guns, alcohol and drugs in South Euclid Tuesday. Police say that early Tuesday morning, officers noticed a vehicle that was parked illegally by a bar on Mayfield Road.     First Energy: Power restored to thousands on Cleveland’s east side

    According to First Energy, power has been restored for thousands of customers on the east side of Cleveland. There were about 23,000 customers out of power for nearly two hours Thursday morning. The majority were in Shaker Heights, Maple Heights and University Heights. First Energy officials say the problem was due to a substation in Northfield, which feeds other substations on the east side. For the First Energy outage map, click here.

    Kenston graduation ceremony relocated from downtown CLE in light of ‘pending trials’

    CHAGRIN FALLS, Ohio — Kenston Local Schools officials have relocated their high school graduation ceremony from downtown Cleveland due to the “uncertainty of public response to the outcomes of pending trials.” According to a notice on the district’s website, the ceremony was originally set for the May 19 in Cleveland Public Hall and will be moved back to the high school gymnasium on the Kenston campus.
