    PARMA, Ohio — Parma police say they’ve arrested several people in connection with the March attack of several employees at a Chuck E. Cheese restaurant. Jermele L. Barkley, 35, of Cleveland, and Albert W. Brown, 41, of Lorain, surrendered to police Tuesday morning and are being held in Parma jail. Both will have their initial appearance at 12:30 p.m. today.     Traffic backed up after accident involving semi, 2 other vehicles on I-77N

    CLEVELAND, Ohio — Traffic is backed up after a three-vehicle accident on Interstate 77 north at East 30th Street. Officials say a semi jack-knifed and one vehicle rolled over as part of the crash. Three people were injured, but have not been taken to the hospital.     COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Rolling Stones are coming to Ohio. The band announced Tuesday it will kick off a 15-city ‘Zip Code’ tour in North America starting in San Diego on May 24.     Browns fined, GM Ray Farmer suspended without pay for texting violations

      CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Browns have been fined $250,000, and General Manager Ray Farmer will be suspended without pay for four games due to a violation of NFL rules that prohibit certain uses of electronic devices during games.     DETROIT, Mich. — The father of one of the two children found dead in their mother’s freezer is speaking out. Last week, a bailiff performing an eviction on a home in Detroit called 911 after finding the body of female child in a freezer. Police later found the body of a boy as well.     GEAUGA COUNTY, Ohio — Authorities say that three arrests have been made in connection with a cold case murder in Newbury Township. According to the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, Randy G. Scheffield, 53, was found dead in his home on Dec. 27, 2011. He had a gunshot wound to the head.
