  • Several Ohio government websites hacked by apparent ‘pro-Islamic State’ group

    CLEVELAND —  Ohio Governor John Kasich’s website was hacked Sunday, displaying what appeared to be pro-ISIS propaganda.   • Canton police investigating triple shooting; one person dead

    CANTON, Ohio — Canton police are investigating a triple shooting that left one person dead early Sunday morning, a news release stated. It happened just before 4 a.m. in the 1700 block of Edwards Avenue NE. Officers responded and found three people had been shot. Two of the victims had non-life threatening injuries; a third victim was rushed to Mercy Medical Center, where he died from his injuries.   • Body found in garage of vacant house in Cleveland: Police

    CLEVELAND — Homicide detectives with the Cleveland Division of Police are investigating after a body was found on the city’s east side Sunday morning. Officers responded to a vacant home in the 2190 block of East 79th Street, just before 7 a.m. Sunday. They found a body in the garage of the home and requested the Homicide Unit.     CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Division of Police is investigating after a woman was fatally struck on Interstate 71 early Saturday morning. It happened just before 2:30 a.m. near the West 130th exit on I-71 South. A woman was hit and killed by a car, but further details about the accident were not yet available.
