    VALLEY VIEW, Ohio- In honor of the legendary performer and fashion icon Prince,  the pups at the Cuyahoga County Shelter paid a special tribute to him. According to the shelter’s Facebook post, the dogs spent the past weekend listening to all his hits and even dressed up for the occasion.     Bob Evans to close 27 restaurants, lay off 1,100 employees

    WASHINGTON- Restaurant chain Bob Evans Farms is closing 27 underperforming locations and laying off 1,100 workers in attempt to boost profits. Of the 27 restaurants, 21 were company-owned and closed last week. The remaining six are leased and expected to close in fiscal 2017. In Ohio, two restaurants that were closed over the weekend include, the restaurant on Glendale Avenue in Toledo and the other one was located on Harshman Road in Riverside, Ohio.     KENT, Ohio-A Kent woman is charged with OVI after driving her car off the road and into the Cuyahoga River.     CANTON, Ohio- The Canton Police Department is warning the public of a scam involving the use of movie prop money to purchase items. Police said the money doesn’t feel real and is marked “Motion Picture Use Only’ on the front and back of the bills. The fake bills were recently used in a sale on Craigslist.     LORAIN, Ohio- The Lorain County Grand Jury has indicted Summer Shalodi for the death of an 18-month-old girl who was in her care. The incident happened back in December.     CLEVELAND- The Cleveland Clinic is releasing new details on what caused the nation’s first uterus transplant to fail back in February.
