    AKRON, Ohio — The Ohio Supreme Court declined to hear former Akron Police Capt. Douglas Prade’s appeal, Summit County Prosecutor Sherri Bevan Walsh announced Wednesday.     Missing North Canton woman found

    NORTH CANTON, Ohio – A 77-year-old woman for whom a missing adult alert had been issued was located. Arlene Gimigliano left her home on Irondale Circle Northeast around 6 p.m. Tuesday and did not return. She was found Wednesday at 8:23 a.m. on Apple Grove in Plain Township. The North Canton Police Department said Gimigliano was taken to the hospital for evaluation but appeared to be OK. Other information was not released.
