    CLEVELAND — A statement on Browns offensive lineman Jason Pinkston was released Monday, although specific details on the athlete’s condition were withheld. It was sent by the Browns and Schwartz & Feinsod and said: “Cleveland Browns offensive lineman Jason Pinkston has not been medically cleared to participate in football activities.     Expect RTA delays Monday after retention wall collapse

    CLEVELAND — An RTA spokesperson said to expect delays after a retention wall collapsed sending debris onto the tracks. It happened Sunday around 4:30 p.m. at the Buckeye-Woodhill Rapid Station, located at 9528 Buckeye Road. No one was hurt. On Monday, the Blue line was using trains from Van Aken to Shaker Square, then shuttles to Tower City. The entire green line was using shuttles. The damage was between Tower City and Shaker Square.     MENTOR, Ohio — Firefighters Friday fought a large industrial blaze that was fueled by oil, bringing it under control without injuries and without allowing a hazardous chemical to flow toward Lake Erie. The fire sparked at Metal Seal Precision located at 7333 Corporate Boulevard shortly before 10:30 a.m. and quickly spread through the roof.     COLUMBUS, Ohio — The state of Ohio is again testing mosquitoes for West Nile virus after the program became a victim of federal budget cuts last year. The funding for the Ohio Department of Health program was restored in a mid-cycle budget bill that took effect July 1. As 80 local health departments have used the suburban Columbus lab.
