    Found: Police locate missing 12-year-old girl

    CLEVELAND — Authorities say they’ve safely located a child reported missing in Cleveland Tuesday afternoon. Cleveland police say Angeleka Smith, 12, left home at 4:30 p.m. to catch a bus to an education program. Smith never boarded the bus. Smith was a described as a black female, 4’11” and 89 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes.
