    Charges filed in death of man found shot in apartment building stairwell

    ELYRIA, Ohio — Police have filed charges against the suspect in the murder of a man in Elyria Wednesday night. According to Elyria police, Jeremy Diestler, 30, of Grafton, faces charges of aggravated murder and felonious assault in the case. According to CarInsurance.com, which cited a Progressive study that included 1,700 people, women are most bothered by lane cutters while men get frazzled by phone talkers.     PAINESVILLE, Ohio — The Lake County YMCA is celebrating autumn with its annual festival. The annual Fall Festival will be held Sunday, October 26, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Outdoor Family Center in Perry. Festival registration is $5 per child and adults are free.
