CLEVELAND– LeBron James is close to adding “14-time NBA All-Star” to his list of accolades.

The small forward leads All-Star voting with 1,622,838 votes. Voting ends at 11:59 p.m. Monday.

James passed Milwaukee Bucks’ Giannis Antetokounmpo as the Eastern Conference’s top vote-getter in the latest round of fan returns.

Fans account for 50 percent of the vote for the 10 starters. Current players and basketball media also cast ballots, which count for 25 percent each.

Under the new All-Star Game rules, two captains will choose the rosters from the pool of players voted as starters and reserves. The captains will be the All-Star starter from each conference who receives the most fan votes in his conference.

The NBA All-Star Game is Feb. 18 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. You can vote here.
