40 car windows shot out in Cleveland

CLEVELAND-- About 40 car windows were shattered along two streets on Cleveland's west side.

It happened early Thursday morning on West 52nd Street and West 54th Street, between Lorain and Detroit avenues; and also on West 61st between Clark and Storer.

It appeared the windows had been shot out.

Witnesses on West 52nd Street told Cleveland police they saw a man standing in the sunroof of a white SUV, possibly a Ford Explorer, shooting a BB gun.

The Cleveland Division of Police is investigating.
