NORTH CANTON, Ohio -- Two are dead in a suspected murder-suicide in North Canton.

Classes at North Canton Middle School have been canceled Monday due to the building's proximity to the crime scene.

According to police, early this morning officials were called to a residence in the 500 block of Harmon St. S.W. to reports of an unresponsive 49-year-old male. The man was found to have suffered several gunshot wounds.

Police searched the home and the surrounding area for another person possibly involved with the incident.

At about 2:50 a.m., police found an 18-year-old male dead outside a city park restroom in the 300 block of Hillcrest Ave. S.W.

Police say the person appeared to have suffered from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The incident is still under investigation.
