Man robs Summit County skill game parlor at gunpoint

COVENTRY TOWNSHIP, Ohio-- A man robbed a Coventry Township skill game parlor at gunpoint and now deputies are investigating.

It happened at Palms Skill Games on South Arlington Road in Coventry Township at about 5:20 p.m. Wednesday.

The Summit County Sheriff's Office said the suspect was armed with a semi-automatic handgun with a laser sight. The man ordered patrons to stay in their seats. Then, he demanded money from the cashier and threatened to shoot customers.

He ran southwest on South Arlington Road with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect was wearing a Carhartt-style jacket, blue jeans, boots, a green hooded-sweatshirt and black gloves.
