Young man who was once ‘caged kid’ seeks access to funds for college

CANTON, OH - He was one of the young victims in the infamous "kids in cages" abuse case in Huron County.

But now Simon Bell, who was a foster child of Michael and Sharen Gravelle, says that he wants to help others by becoming a social worker.

He has some obstacles to overcome in that journey though - including getting more access to the money that he was given as part of settlement in the case.
