ROCKY RIVER, Ohio — Thousands of people in Cuyahoga County woke up without power Sunday morning; particularly, in Rocky River, where more than 7,500 residents were in the dark earlier.
Less than 400 homes were still without power on Cleveland’s west side just after 3 p.m., a number that has drastically reduced from this morning, when about 15,000 homes were affected.
Other hard-hit areas included Fairview Park and Bay Village.
First Energy reports that most power should be restored by this afternoon.
