Honoring our heroes: Veterans Day parades, ceremonies held in Northeast Ohio

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Mayor Frank G. Jackson and other city officials today held the annual Veterans Day recognition ceremony and parade to honor those who have served.

The recognition ceremony was held at 11 a.m.

The parade began at 12:45 p.m. in front of City Hall on Lakeside Avenue.

In Amherst, our Lou Maglio was master of ceremonies at a celebration in that city to honor veterans. Murals depict Veterans from Vietnam, Korea, and WWII.
