4-year-old found unharmed in deadly drive-by shooting

CLEVELAND, Ohio — A four-year-old boy was in the same vehicle where two people were shot in Cleveland Thursday.

The little boy was unharmed.

According to police reports, officers were called to the 4100 block of East 131st Street at around 4:15 p.m.

When they arrived, they found a 25-year-old man in the driver’s seat of the car with multiple gunshot wounds to his head and neck. He died at the scene.

A second 25-year-old man was in the front passenger seat with a gunshot wound to the leg.

The little boy was in the back seat.

Police say the three were driving south on Miles Avenue when it happened. A second vehicle driven by the suspects was also traveling south on Miles Avenue.

As the suspect’s vehicle passed the victim’s vehicle, the suspects fired several shots into the victim’s car.
