Donald Trump has won the White House. Trump said Hillary Clinton called him to congratulate him.

People in Northeast Ohio and around the Buckeye State cast ballots in a U.S. Senate race, which went to Rob Portman;  congressional and state legislative races and several local school issues were also on the ballot.

Cuyahoga County Board of Elections Director Pat McDonald says they hope to have 40 percent of the vote in by 7:45 p.m. That’s because of the large number of early voters. Those ballots were already loaded into the system.
