CLEVELAND– If you want to vote early, plan on dealing with traffic.

Cars are backed up on the eastbound lanes of Interstate 90 in Cleveland to exit at Chester Avenue. That’s the way many drivers take to get to the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections on Euclid Avenue.

Monday is the last day of early voting. The Board of Elections is open until 2 p.m.

Polls are open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Election Day.
