Oakwood police car stolen, officer injured

CLEVELAND – Police in Oakwood Village have confirmed to Fox 8 that one of their cruisers was stolen and that an Oakwood officer suffered a leg injury in the incident.

Sources tell the Fox 8 ITEAM that the cruiser was stolen in Cleveland and that police were chasing it in the area of Lee and Harvard Avenues. The suspect abandoned the car on Cloverside Avenue.
