CLEVELAND, Ohio — Still wondering if the Cleveland Indians will win the World Series? It could all come down to simple math.

Baseball fans are very superstitious — so how’s this for a good sign? This morning– just hours before Game 6 of the World Series in Cleveland — a Tribe fan pointed out something very interesting.

It all has to do with today’s date: 11-1-2016.

If you add 11+1 +20 + 16 you get 48. And, we all know why that number is significant! It’s the last time the Indians won the World Series.

Whether you are superstitious or not, the Indians have two chances to take the title, beginning tonight. They lead the series against the Cubs, 3-2. First pitch is 8:08 p.m.
