CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Dennis Martinez, who pitched for the Cleveland Indians from 1994-1996, including the 1995 World Series, threw out the ceremonial first pitch at tonight's Game 6 of the World Series in Cleveland.

Martinez, also known by his nickname “El Presidente,” was named as one of the Top 100 Indians in 2012. He was the first player from Nicaragua to play in the major leagues.

Former Indians' great Kenny Lofton threw out the first pitch in Game 1, followed by another Tribe favorite, Carlos Baerga, in Game 2.
