CLEVELAND - We've waited through one regular baseball season, an ALDS series, an ALCS series and a few days..but it is here at last! The day that Cleveland has been waiting for has finally arrived as the first pitch in the 2016 World Series between our Cleveland Indians and the Chicago Cubs will be thrown tonight at Progressive Field.
The Indians are attempting to make history with their first title in 68 years.
Fans are encouraged to #RockRed for all World Series games and those lucky enough to attend Tuesday's game will receive a red #RallyTogether towel. Since standing room only tickets for the game are selling in the $800 range, we're guessing that lots of fans at home will also be wearing red as they tune in right here on Fox 8.
***You can watch ALL the World Series games ONLY on FOX 8! Coverage starts at 7 p.m.***
It's going to be a crazy good time downtown tonight, so click here for everything you need to know about timing, parking and traffic if you are heading out.
Now, for those away games, tickets to Indians watch parties for World Series away games are on sale.

Gates will open one hour before each game. Game 3 takes place Oct. 28 with first pitch at 8:08 p.m.; Game 4 is Oct. 29 with first pitch also at 8:08 p.m.; and Game 5 (if necessary) is Oct. 30 with first pitch at 8:15 p.m.
