Identity of victim found under west side bridge released

CLEVELAND – The identity of the victim  found Saturday underneath the West 25th Street bridge has been released,

The Cuyahoga County Coroner says that the body is that of James Cashin, 65, of North Olmsted. They are conducting an autopsy and are treating the death as suspicious.

Cleveland homicide detectives on Saturday were called to Pearl Road after a body was found underneath a bridge in an area near the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo.

A male was being held by North Olmsted police Monday night in connection with this case. His name has not been released, but officers did conduct a search of a home in that city.
