CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Cleveland Browns have waived linebacker Armonty Bryant.
According to a release from the Browns, Bryant, a seventh-round draft choice in 2013, appeared in 31 games and totaled 71 tackles, 8.5 sacks, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery.
He was suspended by the commissioner for the first four weeks of the 2016 season. His probation ended today.
Bryant pleaded guilty to an attempted drug possession charge earlier this year in connection with a Christmas Day traffic stop.
