CLEVELAND, Ohio -- This recipe is bursting with fresh fruit and flavor. It is perfect for after school snacks, tailgating or any Autumn get together. Laurie Aker is with Earth Fare 'The Healthy Supermarket' and she put Wayne Dawson to work helping her demonstrate how to make this super delicious dish.

Autumn Apple Salsa with Sweet Cinnamon Chips
4 Granny Smith apples, cored and diced
2 Bartlett pears, cored and diced
¼ cup dried cherries
¼ cup golden raisins
¼ cup pomegranate seeds
¼ cup sliced almonds
1 (8oz) container Greek yogurt, plain
½ tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. Maple syrup
Sweet Cinnamon Chips
4 flour tortillas
¼ cup sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. butter, melted
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Combine apples, pears, dried cherries, raisins, pomegranate seeds and almonds in a medium bowl, mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt, cinnamon and maple syrup.
Pour yogurt mixture over apple mixture, toss to coat. Place in fridge to cool.
While salsa is cooling, cut tortillas into triangles (similar to how you would cut a pizza)
Lightly brush each triangle with melted butter.
Dust with cinnamon and sugar.
Place in oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove from oven, let cool. Serve with Autumn Apple Salsa- enjoy!
