Sicilian Meatballs

  • 2 lbs of ground beef
  • cooking oil
  • 4 eggs
  • oregano
  • parsley
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • parmesan cheese
  • a little bread crumbs


Sprinkle onion & garlic powder to taste, add a coating of oregano and parsley: use twice as much parsley then oregano. Add a dusting of pepper then add eggs. Mix well adding Parmesan cheese till meat is textured to roll, you can add a little bread crumbs if needed. Roll meatballs to what size you like & deep fry in hot oil about 300 degrees till golden brown, approx 1 to 2 min. Place in sauce & cook at medium heat for 4 to 5 hrs.
