How long could you go without your cell phone?

Most of us would admit we couldn’t live without our cell phones.

But a recent survey from found 52% of workers admit their cell phone is the top distraction at work.

According to Consumerist, a 2013 University of Nebraska-Lincoln study found that college students spend about 20% of their class time using digital devices for unrelated activities.

Office Depot has teamed up with an app called Pocket Points to reward students who put their phones down with points toward discounts.

All of these studies got us wondering, how long could you go without your cell phones? An hour? A day? A week? A month?

Todd Meany is talking about it in this morning’s “Plugged In.” Head over to our Facebook page to let us know what you think.
