Gazebo where Tamir Rice was shot to be deconstructed Wednesday

CLEVELAND, Ohio-- The gazebo in Cleveland where Tamir Rice was shot will be deconstructed this week.

According to Cleveland City Councilman Matt Zone, plans are in place to take it apart on Wednesday at 9 a.m.

Last month, Zone said Cleveland has been working with the Rice family for several months because they wanted the gazebo removed.

The gazebo at Cudell Recreation Center is where 12-year-old Tamir Rice was shot and killed by Cleveland police in November 2014.
