CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Ten Cleveland Metropolitan School District buildings are being dismissed early today due to "heat conditions."

The schools affected include:

  • Charles Eliot
  • Collinwood 
  • Facing History New Tech @ Charles Mooney
  • Garrett Morgan
  • Iowa-Maple
  • Louis Agassiz
  • Tremont Montessori
  • Valley View Boys' Leadership Academy
  • William Cullen Bryant

According to a statement on the district's website, school staff are communicating with families regarding pick-up, transportation and other details.
