CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Cleveland Police are trying to find the two men who robbed a man and then shot him in the leg.

The victim, who drove himself to MetroHealth Medical Center early Wednesday morning, told police that two men stole one of the glow swords he was selling along East 9th Street late Tuesday night.

Instead of calling police, the victim got into his car and chased the men as they rode away on bicycles.

The victim, who has not been identified, was in his vehicle near East 22nd Street and Cedar Avenue when shots were fired early Wednesday morning. He was hit in the leg and drove himself to the emergency room.

By the time police arrived, the scene was clear. They did find the stolen sword along with some shell casings.
