GATES MILLS, Ohio --It's a food lover's paradise where some of Cleveland's top chefs create amazing dishes at the Chagrin Valley Hunt Club Polo Field -- all to benefit Fieldstone Farm Therapeutic Riding Center's horse programs for adults and children with special needs. Driftwood Restaurant Group chef Chris Hodgson shared the recipe he is making for the event with Fox 8's Stefani Schaefer and explained more about the wonderful programs this fundraiser benefits.

Porcini Ravioli with Mascarpone Cheese & Truffles
16-20 ravioli (cheese or mushroom filling)
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cups heavy cream
1 tbsp truffle oil
1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
1/4 cup 3 cheese blend (Heinens)
1 tsp salt (kosher)
2 tbsp chives
2 tbsp bread crumb
1) Cook ravioli in salted boiling water for 30 seconds. Strain and toss gently with olive oil. Store to side
2) In pot, heat cream till boiling, add truffle oil, and cheeses. Allow to reduce for 2 minutes until thickened to Alfredo consistency.
3) Add raviolis to pot and gently spoon sauce over top all raviolis
4) Transfer ravioli and sauce to large serving bowl, and garnish with chives and bread crumbs
