A Special Wish helps local boy become the Cleveland Browns coach for a day

CLEVELAND - The Cleveland Browns had a new coach Thursday.

His name is Austin Shough of Avon and he's only 12.

One year ago, Austin was diagnosed with T cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

But after a tough year of chemotherapy, Austin is now in remission.

Thursday, Austin had his wish come true.

A Special Wish Foundation, based right here in Cleveland, granted his wish to become the Cleveland Browns coach for the day.

Austin got to meet Jimmy and Dee Haslam, as well as RGIII, Terrelle Pryor and Joe Haden.

A Special Wish Foundation Cleveland Chapter grants wishes for children with life-threatening illnesses between birth and age 20. There are currently with children at the Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital, University Hospitals Rainbows Babies and Children’s Hospital and The Ronald McDonald House.
