CLEVELAND – The Cleveland Browns have some reminders for fans before Thursday night’s preseason game against the Atlanta Falcons.

First, fans are encouraged to arrive early.

With an Indians game and the Paul McCartney concert happening as well, traffic downtown will be busier than normal. There are also plenty of closures and detours on several highways surrounding downtown.

The clear bag policy is also in effect again this season.

Fans are discouraged from bringing bags at all, but if you do need to bring one, it must be a clear plastic bag that does not exceed 12”x6”x12” or a small clutch bag approximately the size of a hand.
