Georgia teens ask for jobs to stay out of gangs

LAGRANGE, Ga. — A Georgia woman was shocked when a few teens approached her asking about a summer job.

They said they were being approached by gangs and didn’t want to get involved in that lifestyle, according to WXIA.

LaGrange Housing Authority employee Zsa Zsa Heard said she was at her office when the four teens came in.

One of the boys told her they’re approached “all the time” by gang members.

She said she hired them immediately.
