CLEVELAND -A Washington Post reporter remarked that they worried about a riot during last week's Republican National Convention in Cleveland, and instead, they got a block party.

A lot of the credit for the successful convention is going to the security forces.

Shortly after becoming Cleveland's police chief in 2014, Calvin Williams predicted better days ahead for his embattled Division of Police.
