CABO SAN LUCAS, Mexico– Johnny Manziel appears to be taunting his father just days after Paul Manziel said he hoped his son goes to jail.

The elder Manziel told ESPN on Friday it’s no secret Johnny Manziel “is a druggie.”

“I hate to say it, but I hope he goes to jail. I mean, that would be the best place for him,” Paul Manziel said.

Johnny Manziel posted a series of photos from Cabo San Lucas, Mexico to Instagram on Tuesday. One shows the former Cleveland Browns quarterback wearing a Josh Gordon jersey while overlooking the ocean. It has the hashtag “hiDad.”

“I won’t take this thing off for a week. You my brother FOR LIFE. JUST WAIT ON THIS COMEBACK!!!!,” Manziel wrote.

Gordon, a wide receiver for the Browns, missed the entire 2015 season for violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy.

Paul Manziel talked to ESPN after the football player’s lawyer accidentally texted the Associated Press about a plea deal in his domestic violence case.
