- Thin Sliced top round sirloin Steak
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Minced garlic
- Parmesan cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Vegetable oil
- Tomato Sauce
First, heat up a pot of tomato sauce. Then lay your steak out flat and generously cover with pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. Roll the steak up and use toothpicks to hold it together.
Heat your oil to about 325 degrees. Place the rolled up steak in the oil for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown and you can see some cheese melting out of it. Remove the steak from the oil and place it in your sauce on medium/low for about 5 hours in a crock pot.
Serve with pasta and Italian Bread. Enjoy!
