LAS VEGAS — The new NBA champions, the Cleveland Cavaliers, made a pit stop in Las Vegas before arriving back home in Northeast Ohio.
The XS Las Vegas nightclub welcomed the team this morning, announcing their arrival with confetti, music, a cake and signs.
Many of the players posted photos of themselves on the plane with the Larry O’Brien Trophy.
The Cavs are set to arrive in Cleveland at about 11:30 a.m. Monday.
In partnership with the City of Cleveland, the 2016 Cavaliers NBA Championship parade and rally will take place in downtown Cleveland this Wednesday, June 22.
