MADISON TOWNSHIP, Ohio — Madison Township police arrested a 30-year-old man accused of pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor. They said Addison Fasula was previously convicted for a similar offense so this charge is a third-degree felony. Additional charges could be filed.

Police said Fasula’s arrest is the result of a three-month investigation. In April, detectives executed a search warrant at Fasula’s home. Electronic storage devices were taken. It was sent to the Lake County Crime Lab for analysis. That, along with other physical evidence and witness statements, led to his arrest.

On Friday, Fasula was arraigned in Painesville Municipal Court. Judge Michael Cicconetti set bond at $50,000 with conditions of no Internet usage, and no contact with non-family member minors.

He posted bond and was released.
