Cleveland police searching for Subway robbery suspect

CLEVELAND – Police are searching for a suspect connected to a recent robbery at a Cleveland Subway.

On Sunday, the suspect entered the Subway at 6620 Memphis Avenue just after 9 p.m.

He pointed a gun at one of the employees and said “you’re getting robbed.”

The suspect then jumped over the counter and demanded the drawer be opened.

He took the money from the drawer, the tip jar and then ran from the store.
