CLEVELAND – The Cleveland Division of the FBI has released two new photos and a video related to the abduction of a 6-year-old girl.

The little girl was taken from inside her home on West 104th Street this past Saturday by an unknown man.

The man in the photos and videos is a person of interest. Officials say he was in the area of West 105th around 2 a.m. exactly one week before the little girl was taken from her home.

They are asking anyone with information about him to come forward.

The car is also of interest, but at this time, there is nothing definitive linking the man in the photo to the car.

Earlier this week, Cleveland police and the FBI announced they were offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest of the suspect wanted in the Saturday abduction of the 6-year-old.

She was found at a home on Lyric Avenue at around 9:30 p.m. the same day she went missing.

Through an interview with the child, police learned she was taken from the downstairs unit of a home on West 104th Street by an unknown man. She was kept by the suspect throughout the day, then dropped off in the area of West 140th Street and Lorain Avenue.

The girl then walked to the home on Lyric Avenue.

During a press conference Tuesday, police said the suspect is described as being a white male with light brown hair and a neatly trimmed beard. He is about 5’10” tall and was wearing a red or maroon hoodie.

He had at least one tattoo.

They say he took the girl to a brick home with a white door and black front porch railings. He arrived there around 5 a.m. and likely spent the entire day there in a bedroom of the residence and left later in the day, police said.

Police believe there was some type of mural wallpaper or a picture in the bedroom showing a moose or deer along with grass and trees.

There were a man and a woman in the home during the time the little girl was there, said police. But the two likely didn’t know what was going on. The woman was cooking and even knocked on the door of the bedroom to tell the abductor she was cooking.

The little girl said she was told to hide while the suspect was interacting with the other adults.

There were also two dogs in the home, one white and one brown.

Police ask anyone who was in the vicinity of West 104th Street and Western Avenue between 3:30 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. Saturday morning as well as anyone who was in the vicinity of Lorain Avenue and West 140th Street around 9:15 p.m. Saturday night to call police.

Anyone with information regarding this incident or the identity of the suspect is asked to call 216-622-6842.
