CLEVELAND - The man who died when he fell over a railing near the Cleveland Convention Center and Mall C has been identified.
35-year-old Davor Novak, of Willowick, fell over the outside railing onto railroad tracks Friday afternoon. He was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center, where he died from his injuries.
Officials told Fox 8 that the fall appeared to be accidental, but the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office is still investigating. It's not known yet what caused Novak to fall or if he was an employee of the convention center.
