CLEVELAND– A 20-year-old man is suspected of shooting cars on Cleveland’s east side with an AK-47.

Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority officers and members of the U.S. Marshal’s Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Arion Andrews for felonious assault Thursday afternoon.

Police said Andrews fired an AK-47 into five parked cars on Wade Park on March 8. Bullets also went into a house while people were home. No one was injured.

Investigators were able to identify Andrews using DNA on a shell casing.
