Riesling & Brie Fondue

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Riesling Wine
  • 1 cup Creamed Brie
  • 1/2 cup ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cream Cheese

 

Mix all the ingredients together over medium heat until smooth.  Serve with bread and fruit and your favorite bottle of Ice Wine.
