SPRINGVILLE, New York –  A woman in New York was arrested after police pulled her over for driving with a fake, cardboard license plate.

According to WIVB, police first noticed 28-year-old Amanda Schweickert’s car because it had no front plate and the back plate looked different.

Once pulled over, police were able to see that it was made of cardboard and just painted to look like a real New York plate.

Schweickert was charged with a felony count of possessing a forged instrument and is accused of driving with a suspended registration. She could also face other vehicle and traffic offenses.
