In the world of online dating, for some it’s harder to find a connection.

So what does it take to get a second date these days?

Match.com put out its annual ‘Singles in America’ study.

Getting sushi on a first date boosts your chances of a second date by 107 percent, according ot the study. If you throw in cocktails, it goes up 137 percent.

The study also found it’s OK to talk politics, money and religion on the first date. But talking about sports or your ex isn’t recommended.

Other stats included in the study include that 50 percent of singles think a good first date ends with a kiss. The study also states that men will wait an average of 11.25 days to hear back from someone before calling it quits. Women wait only seven days.
