154 WalMart stores to close across the U.S.
Wal-mart has announced it will close 269 stores in 2016 as a way to revitalize its slumping finances. About 154 of the locations are in the U.S, and include the location on Rockside Road in Bedford. Others mainly consist of smaller WalMart Express stores. Twelve WalMart Supercenters and four Sam's Club stores will also close.

$5 million bond continued for suspect in shooting death of K-9 officer
Kelonte Barefield, 22, the man accused of shooting and killing Canton K-9 officer Jethro over the weekend was arraigned on charges of aggravated burglary, felonious assault on a peace officer and assaulting or harassing a police dog. His $5 million bond was continued. Barefield is accused of shooting Jethro to death after officers responded to a burglary alarm at Fisher Foods on Saturday.

Temperatures to tumble as snow moves into the area this weekend
While highs will be in the 40s today, rain will move in tonight -- and behind that: snow. It will get progressively colder starting tonight, with highs dipping down to just 15 degrees Monday. Parts of Northeast Ohio will see between one to three inches of snow between Sunday and Monday.

'Grizzly Adams' star Dan Haggerty dies at 74
Dan Haggerty, who played mountain man Grizzly Adams in a hit movie followed by a TV show in the 1970s, has died. He was 74. Haggerty died Friday morning in a Burbank, Ca., hospital surrounded by his family. The actor had recently been battling cancer.
