CLEVELAND – Christmas Eve and Christmas were a little bit brighter for some children spending the holidays at Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital.

On Christmas Eve, some very special fairy tale princesses visited 12 pediatric heart patients.

”Bringing the princesses to the hospital are always popular, but there is something special about their visit on Christmas Eve” explains Jason Beudert, co-founder of A Special Wish Cleveland Chapter. “The smile on their faces said it all.”

There was more joy on Christmas Day though as meals were donated by AMP 150 to several families.

Six families with a kid at the Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital and Ronald McDonald House had ham, vegetables, mashed potatoes, salad, bread and dessert delivered right to each child’s room.

“The generosity of AMP 150 has allowed these families to enjoy a Christmas meal even though they are unfortunately in the hospital,” says Beudert.
