STRONGSVILLE, Ohio – SouthPark Mall in Strongsville opened early on Sunday so several kids could meet Santa.

“It is such a wonderful gesture by SouthPark Mall & Santa. Many of our wish children are immune compromised, and crowds and public events quite frankly just don’t work. This is the perfect way for these children to take part in a Christmas tradition, meeting Santa” said A Special Wish Foundation Cleveland Chapter’s co-founder, Jason Beudert.

Starting at 8:30 a.m. the kids were able to meet Santa and enjoy other activities with their families. They could eat cupcakes, take home gift bags and meet princesses Anna and Elsa.

“We are so honored to do this for such a wonderful organization!  The families from A Special Wish are near and dear to our hearts at SouthPark, and we love seeing the smiles on their faces”, said Andy Selesnik, Marketing Director, SouthPark Mall.

A Special Wish grants wishes for Cleveland children with illnesses and life-threatening diseases.
