SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio -- After 12 hours, police have apprehended a suspect who was hiding in the attic of a South Euclid clothing store after a bizarre break-in.

Another suspect had previously been taken into custody.

Police say the two suspects broke into Krush Clothing, 4450 Mayfield Road, around 10:30 p.m. Thursday. They got in through the roof, police say.

Police managed to get one suspect out of the store, but the other hid in the attic for several hours. Police used tear gas in an attempt to get him out.

The suspect was uninjured, said police.

Devonte Howard and Romel White were charged with breaking and entering.
